Our 14-Day Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your Masonic regalia. We offer a 14-day return policy on most items, including our Freemason rings and Masonic jewelry, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your Masonic gear must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original protective packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of Lodge accessories and items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

• Custom-printed Masonic apparel (shirts, hoodies) created specifically for your order.

• Ceremonial white Masonic gloves (for sanitary reasons once the packaging is opened).

• Personalized or engraved Freemason rings.

Return Shipping Costs If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (buyer’s remorse) or an incorrect size selection on Masonic clothing, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your Masonic gifts upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
